What to expect:

Check-in:
When you arrive at Convenient Care, please sign in at the front desk.  One of our front desk staff members will ask you for your insurance card, driver’s license and your Co-Payment (Cash, Checks, Debit/Credit Cards Accepted) Please sit down, relax and wait patiently for your name to be called. You may also wish to use our complimentary Wi-Fi, read a magazine or watch TV.

Your Healthcare Visit: 
A medical assistant will call your name when it is your turn to be seen.  You will follow the assistant to an exam room where your vital signs will be taken and you will be asked some questions about the reason for your visit.  Next, the provider will come in, discuss the reason for your visit with you and examine you. The provider may perform tests, a digital x-ray or other services to help diagnose and treat your condition.  When the provider is finished, if you have been prescribed medication, please let the provider know if you would like to purchase your prescription at our on-site pharmacy. 

Check-out:
On your way out of the exam room, as you pass by the check-out area near the front desk, you will receive your aftercare instructions, and your prescription (if prescribed).  With your permission, as part of our service, your information may be sent to your primary care physician. (when applicable)

Upon completion of your visit to Convenient Care, you will receive a brief online survey from us via email. This is our way of following up with you to ensure you received the best quality care possible. We encourage you to candidly complete the survey and provide us with helpful feedback that will allow us to serve you better in the future.
